Our top priority is for the customer to be satisfied with our machine from the moment it is delivered, that’s why we send a service representative to the job site upon delivery to ensure any and all questions or concerns are addressed. The representative usually spends at least two days training the operator and mechanic as needed and also addresses any machine start-up problems. Most machine service parts are readily available in our warehouse and can be shipped out or delivered at a moment’s notice. Typically, when a machine warranty problem is identified, replacement parts are over-night shipped the same day. Also, if a service representative is needed at the machine location to address any warranty-covered problems, he is typically dispatched the same day.
